Quality Assurance For Residential Homes & Day Programs

The Quality Assurance Team is designed to ensure that Community Care Facilities (CCF) are providing quality services to our consumers and that the facility / vendor is in compliance with Title 17 Regulations. The Quality Assurance Team evaluates adult day care facilities and investigates any complaints or concerns that may be a violation of consumer rights and / or is a health and safety issue. The QA Team also provides technical assistance.

The Quality Assurance Advisory Committee (QAAC) recommends that a Certificate of Achievement be given to any CCF that meets the following criteria. This certificate is signed by the Executive Director and the Standards Compliance Coordinator of San Andreas Regional Center.
